 The reason for this is so that
someone can't change their handle to match another person's handle. You cannot change your handle in the
"Edit a Record" feature of The Dx Directory. If you want to
change it. Just click on "NO" at the bottom of this page, and fill out
the form and include exactly what you want to change.
